Arthur Donahue, DFC, fought in the Battle of Britain and wrote this short account of life as a Battle of Britain pilot for an American periodical in December 1940. She studied English Literature at the University of Birmingham & works for a City firm managing public sector assets. Married with four children, she lives in Bath.
