Ian Singleton has been a teacher for 25 years but has been writing poetry for over 30 years. He has recently been widowed following the sudden and tragic death of his wife, before she died they had been together for 29 years and they had 3 wonderful sons. Ian's poetry ranges in theme from his own early life, his love for his family and some wider themes. He writes for the pure pleasure of writing and hopes that others enjoy it too.
