Hello, my name is Matthew Petchinsky. I just wanted you to know a bit about me. I am a very observant person, and this is one of the many observations I've made while having to survive in government housing and on the benefits from social security to food stamps. I've had a few other run-ins with other government programs that I mention in the book.
