We all have been stereotyped by this male privileged society and the existing legal system is a strong influence of the typed or bias notion. Secondly This paper tried to demonstrate the cruelties which insist the gender based violence as well as violation against women in the various societies of Bangladesh. Actually this paper is a short attempt to relocate the patriarchal ideologies, reflects in our society.Lastly it has taken a attempt to relocate the power-politics of gender in question of empowering women through micro loan.
