This work is designed to meet the needs of Terminology used in the fields of Life Sciences including Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Botany, Zoology and Microbiology through Arabic - English for communication at the graduate and post-graduate levels in the colleges and universities. Special attention has been made by providing the list of terminologies used in the Life Sciences sector. The need for a book on Terms used in the Life Sciences sector has long been felt. The purpose of this work is to train the students in the educational sector from Arabic into English and vice-versa, by providing worked out terminologies. It is hoped that this book will greatly help those students and readers who wish to learn and practice Arabic-English terminologies for various fields of Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Botany, Zoology and Microbiology.

Dr K.M.A.Ahamed Zubair has been teaching Arabic Literature and Language in New College, Chennai, India. He has written 225 books in English, Tamil and Arabic languages, which were published from Germany, Iraq, Canada, Latvia, Moldova, Mauritius, United Kingdom and India. His research articles got published in Journals from many countries.
