She writes a monthly column in American Health & Fitness. She is creator and director of the Anti-Stress Programs at the Focus 28 center in New York and recently opened an anti-aging spa, the Goddess Repair Shop, in Manhattan. Her clients include top names in the fashion, film, music, and entertainment industries. She lives in New York City with her twins, Gian and Francesca.
