This book aims to examine life skills in the context of a rapidly changing social scenario, focusing on adolescent school children. The objectives include assessing life skills among adolescents and recommending strategies to enhance the life skills of adolescents. The explorative research design explores the extent of life skills among adolescents and possibilities for interventions. Primary data was collected using the Life Skills Assessment Scale (LSAS), measuring ten core life skills. Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) was employed for data analysis. The study found that a majority of adolescents have average life skills, with low representation in high and very high categories.
