Due to the today's needs of life, including the rapidly changing socio-cultural patterns, changes in family structure, a vast and complex network of human relations and diversity, the scope and the influx of information resources, man is constantly faced with the challenges, stresses and various pressures and needs psycho-social skills to deal with them effectively. Life skills are the abilities to have adaptive and positive behaviors that enable human beings to deal effectively with the demands and challenges of life. The aim of the present study was to examine the effectiveness of teaching life skills on self-efficacy and emotional intelligence among students.
