Eric Quintanilla joined the US Army in 2003, out of Burkburnett, Texas, as a combat medic and was stationed at Fort Hood, Texas, with the First Cavalry Division. While at Fort Hood, he deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom II, Transition of Iraq, Iraqi Governance, National Resolution, Iraqi Surge, and Iraqi Sovereignty. While in the military, Eric Quintanilla earned his BSN from the University of Phoenix and MSN as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Southern California. Eric Quintanilla currently resides in San Antonio, Texas, with his wife, Alanna, youngest daughter, Alexis, and their dogs Makoa and Delilah. He enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and three children.
