"While building ClassPass from the ground up, Payal Kadakia became so consumed with starting her company and getting it right that she let everything else in her life slide: her relationships, her home, her family, even her health. It took a holiday vacation with a good friend to realize she had to fix what was off in her life for the sake of her health, happiness, and her company. After reflecting on the past year, thinking ahead to what she wanted, and focusing and prioritizing on the parts of life she wanted to be spending more time on (and those she did not), Kadakia set five goals to focus on. Within six months of setting her new goals, she met her husband, expanded her business to two cities and raised an additional $2 million in funding, put on a sold-out show at Alvin Ailey, got her strength back, and learned to become a more effective leader. In LifePass, Kadakia shares her unique goal setting process to help readers develop short-term goals with a long-term lens that will help them live a life of passion based on their own personal definition of success, What will you achieve once you set your Goals on Fire?"--
