Dr. Susan Murphy's career combines the three worlds of corporate leadership, academia, and international management consulting. She has been an executive at two Fortune 500 Corporations and served on the graduate faculty at both the University of San Francisco and Vanderbilt University. Susan has performed management consulting with 300 businesses and organizations, including NASA Jet Propulsion Lab, Stanford University Medical School, SAP, and U.S. Air Force. Her education includes an M.B.A., a master's degree in O.D., and Ph.D. Susan is a sought-after speaker, business consultant, coach, and best-selling author who is known for her Wit and Wisdom. "LifeQ: How To Make Your Life Your Most Important Business" is her 11th book. She co-authored "In the Company of Women" with Dr. Pat Heim. Good Morning, America, the B.B.C., Forbes, and Time Magazine have featured "In the Company of Women", and Harvard Business School named it Book of the Month. Susan's leadership book, "Maximizing Performance Management, Leading Your Team to Success", is part of the curriculum at Harvard University, and several other academic organizations. In 2004, Vanderbilt University honored Susan with a Lifetime Achievement Award. Jasenka Sabanovic's career includes living and working in four countries with four different languages. Jasenka sought help from an extraordinary coach to recover from being a Bosnian refugee, escaping to Germany as a teenager, being denied asylum in Europe, and then immigrating to the U.S.A. In America, she enrolled in ESL to learn English while supporting her family. Embracing this second chance, Jasenka decided to turn her life into a success story and discovered that her story and pain could be a path to healing. After earning degrees from the University of California, Berkeley, Jasenka learned to use her experiences in the war to help clients overcome obstacles, compose their vision, create peace, and find fulfillment.
