STEFANIE FOSTER FREEMAN, HHC, is a storyteller, motivational speaker, Young Living essential oil educator, and advocate for educating people about a frequency healing device, the Healy. Stefanie was diagnosed with juvenile rheumatoid arthritis at a young age. She has struggled her whole life with managing the disease. Freeman didn't let that stop her from reaching her dreams. She received her bachelor's degree in newspaper journalism from the Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. She studied at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and began her holistic health coaching business in 2016.Through determination, education, and research she has healed herself of her autoimmune disease. Stefanie lives and works with her husband Chris in Virginia Beach. She chooses to view her experience through a positive lens and will always take the stairs.
