Her vibrant youth, marked by sports and adventures, took a twist with a career-ending injury during her basketball years at Indiana University. Life's ebbs and flows, including profound family losses, inspired her to explore, travel, and eventually pen down her emotions. The tragic loss of her sister became a catalyst for her newfound passion - writing. Mary Ann enjoys traveling with her husband Nate in their Motorhome all over the country. She relishes the time spent with their son Luke, his wife Amy, and grandsons Owen and Connor.
