San Diego based illustrator ¿Ilana McCauslin was born in California and raised in Hawaii. At a very young age, she was inspired by her father to create art. From simple sketches and paintings, she was determined to expand and challenge herself with as many mediums possible. Over the years, Ilana has gained the experience of sculpture, costume design, murals, and digital art. In the winter of 2019, she was offered a role as headset designer for two plays at a local San Diego performing arts theater. From bold caricatures to luminous more realistic images, her acquired skills from these many forms of art is apparent. To this day, Ilana continues her work on various illustrations, paintings, and graphic design.
