Lincoln native and author of Arcadia Publishing's The Lower Blackstone River Valley, Charles E. Savoie is a recognized local historian. He has written or contributed to many historical books, videos, reports, and newspaper articles on Lincoln and has been involved in local historical organizations and preservation for almost two decades. Lincoln was compiled from the vast collections of the Blackstone Valley Historical Society and private collections.
