Norma Shephard is founder and director of the Mobile Millinery Museum (www.hatmuseum.ca). She uses vintage fashions as historic items that prompt storytelling and folklore discussions. Norma has written five previous books in the vintage fashions field, as well as numerous periodical articles, and appeared on Canadian television several times to share her special point of view. She lives in Ontario.
