Identity has often been labelled one of the most controversial concepts of our time, its complexity and elusiveness generating heated debate among identity theorists, researchers, enthusiasts, etc. The present volume is structured as a collection of articles focusing on this multifaceted phenomenon, offering various and challenging analysis lens that would zoom in on constructive or deconstructive identity journeys.The authors of the papers are master's degree programme students (first year of study), specialising in Anglo-American Studies, and the papers reflect, to a certain extent, the research they conducted within several courses at George Emil Palade University of Medicine, Pharmacy, Science, and Technology of Targu Mures (UMPhST), constituted as incipient studies that do not claim to exhaust the approaches they propose, but further them as the beginning of a scholarly journey.
