This paper aims to define what accessibility is and its different types. Taking into account our range of research, we will try to determine what linguistic accessibility is and whether the hospitals of the Valencian Community can be considered accessible mainly at a linguistic level, but also in other areas of accessibility; for patients with any functional diversity.In order to determine how linguistic and other types of accessibility are managed in our hospitals or health centers, questionnaires have been elaborated and we will analyze them and draw conclusions from them.
