Phinées YUMBA Musoya Banza nació el 25 de marzo de 1972. Es doctor en Literatura y Civilización Africana (Universidad de Lubumbashi, 2008) y profesor de la Universidad de Kamina (2015). Semiótico, está muy interesado en la difusión de la cultura. Actualmente es Director General del Instituto Superior Pedagógico de Kamina.
