Adam G¿az, affiliated with Maria Curie-Sk¿odowska University (UMCS) in Lublin, Poland, researches in cognitive and cultural linguistics, linguistic worldview, and translation. He has authored two monographs (The Dynamics of Meaning, 2002; Extended Vantage Theory in Linguistic Application, 2012) and several dozen articles. He has edited or co-edited ten volumes, most recently Languages-Cultures-Worldviews: Focus on Translation (2019). G¿az has also been translated in linguistics and general humanities, including two monographs (by Anna Wierzbicka and Jerzy Bartmi¿ski).
