The book identifies the Intercultural communication between representatives of different human cultures (personal contacts between people, less - indirect forms of communication (e.g. writing) and mass communication). Features of intercultural communication are studied at the interdisciplinary level and within such disciplines as cultural studies, psychology, linguistics, ethnology, anthropology, sociology, each of which uses its own approaches in their study. Additionally, the book analyzes the usage of speech etiquettes in Uzbek and English languages. Etiquette helps people find common ground and behave appropriately in difficult situations. Refusing to use ethical rules worsens relationships between people and leads to conflicting situations in communication.
