Technology significantly influences everyone's life; not just teenagers' but all other generations' days and daily activities too. It also affects Multinational companies' recruitment process which is changing unstoppably since the rise of the Internet and the interactive social media platforms. Although some areas of the recruitment process are more impacted than others, it has been concluded that the new, innovative social recruitment channels - including LinkedIn - are only used to complement the traditional recruitment methods, since some of those still considered to be the most effective recruitment tool and probably never will be fully replaced by any technology.
