Charlie Ryan's writing career has spanned eighteen years of radio, television, and newspaper reporting, and over thirty years as CEO of his advertising and public relations agency in West Virginia, Virginia, and Washington DC. His early focus on politics brought him into contact with prominent names of the sixties and seventies, including Lyndon B. Johnson, Richard Nixon, and Eleanor Roosevelt.
