Lip cancer occurring at the junction between the oral cavity and the skin is an early diagnosed malignant disease and has highly curable treatment of the head and neck region, with 5-year overall survival rate was 62%. In terms of treatment, surgical management is the mainstay of care for lip cancer, and reconstruction also plays an important role to improve treatment outcome. Radiation therapy and chemotherapy have also been evaluated in lip cancer management strategy.
