El Dr. Regmi es profesor de literatura inglesa en la Universidad Sánscrita de Nepal. Es investigador, poeta y activista social. Es autor de El superhombre de Nietzsche y Karna del Mahabharata. Sus artículos académicos y poemas se han publicado en revistas nacionales e internacionales.
