Rev.assoc.prof.dr.Kestutis Ralys was born in 1965. 3 September. John Ralys and Emilia-Lymantait¿s Ralien¿s family, Kelme area, waiting for the village. 1984. Kelme completed Secondary II. in-tray, 1989. - Kaunas Interdiocesan Seminary, obtained Bachelor's degree in theology. 1989. 8 September,via St. Virgin Mary's birthday celebration in Lithuania.
