Autorenporträt
Bertus de Villiers is a Distinguished Visiting Professor of the Law School of the University of Johannesburg. He is admitted as a legal practitioner in South Africa and Australia. He is a Fellow of the Alexander von Humboldt Stiftung. Joseph Marko is Professor Emeritus of Comparative Public Law and Political Sciences at the University of Graz. He served as director of the Institute for Minority Rights of Eurac Research (1998 - 2020). His scholarly research is focussed mainly on minority rights and diversity governance. Francesco Palermo is Professor of Comparative Constitutional Law in the University of Verona and Director of the Institute for Comparative Federalism at Eurac Research. He worked extensively on minority rights in different international capacities. Sergiu Constantin is a Senior Researcher at the Institute for Minority Rights of Eurac Research. His research activities focus mainly on language rights and political participation of national minorities, and on territorial/cultural autonomy arrangements.
