Cristina Popa is an licensed Professional Certified Coach coach from The Netherlands, helping hundreds of clients unravel their thinking by using innovative approaches based on cognitive psychology. Working on herself and with her clients, she saw firsthand that it's not easy to practice self-reflection while staying objective.
