Autorenporträt
After a successful and varied carrier in various venues, Hoenmans started a small farm, wanting to have a sustainable operation. A lifetime of enjoying good food, and cooking to appeal to her, friends and family, led to working on things that were shared with friends, and became popular items at farmers markets (where legal.) Several years of sharing interactions with the animals on the farm, coupled with the recipes friends and customers were asking for, became the reason for this book!
