Mike Allison is a storyteller with creative interests ranging from historical fiction in the western genre to singing Broadway songs and R&B hits on stage. He loves helping people plan for the future with vivid real life experiences both personal and professional. A native of Fort Worth, Texas, he draws on an assortment of insights gleaned from his past, from competing professionally as a rodeo cowboy, to performing for President Ronald Reagan as an orchestral percussionist, from working as a bouncer in a Dallas heavy metal club, to enjoying a successful career in the financial services industry. Mike has written a number of screenplays, one of which he produced, the feature film called Cowboy Spirit. He's also written a number of short stories, novellas, and a full length novel in the western genre. Mike now makes his home in Boston, MA with his wife and two children working during the day as a professional money manager and as a storyteller at night.
