JILL KELLEY WIDMANN currently resides in Sacramento, California with her kitty Lambkin. Jill has a Baccalaureate of Science degree in business administration with an emphasis in accounting and an Associate of Arts degree in social science. Additional talents included in Jill's curriculum vitae: a performing ballet and jazz dancer and multigenre dance teacher for most of her life, the resident children's choreographer for Capital Opera, and a vocational rehabilitation counselor. Jill is also the founder and creator of Garden of Beauty, an entrepreneurial endeavor into the world of high fashion. Above all else, Jill is a dynamic advocate when it comes to animal rights. She is a lifetime practicing vegan and is an unstoppable driving force for animal rights, both domestic and wild, in constant pursuit of their inalienable ability to live and freely inhabit the earth. Animal rights and her little Lambkin have been her number-one focus in her inspired life. She has acquired hands-on experience with handling and caring for wildlife at the Wildlife Care Center in Sacramento, where she completed an internship in wildlife care to proactively support animal safety. Inspiration for this book about the escapades of Lambkin grew from the love of writing her mother shared with Jill throughout her life. Her mother, a published writer and an animal lover herself, read her poems and stories to Jill when Jill was young. Lambkin and Jill are an inseparable pair and go through life together, experiencing all it has to offer. Please visit Lambkin's personal website at: lambkinthecat.com
