Beatrice moves to a quiet village ruled by a mean Duke who hates noise. She learns to express herself with painting, and when she paints citizens of the village as happy, they become happy. The Duke decides to meet Beatrice, who's already painted a happy portrait of him. Will the Duke's become happy at long last?
