About the Author She grew up in the era of believing fairy tales... that even through the worst of times, love and forgiveness are the way to "happy ever after". Studying the powerful word of God for over 30 years with a deep loving relationship with her Saviour Jesus, she has been lead to write about a subject that is close to her heart. Something that is causing harm and pain that most women have experienced personally, or know a loved one that has been hurt by domestic violence and sexual abuse. It is her hope and prayer this book will help start the discussion to help the vulnerable and those that may need rescue from the terrible effects of abuse so we can talk, pray and find hope in "Beauty from ashes."
