Lois Mahon Beedy is a retired elementary and middle school teacher of 42 years who has taught in Massachusetts, Vermont, and Maine. She was nominated in three editions of Who's Who Among America's Teachers in the 1990s. Her philosophy in life has always been to treat everyone with kindness, no matter their differences, and she instilled that philosophy in her students. She is the mother of Florence, Ann Marie, and Michael Milazzo, and the grandmother of Mikayla, Madison, Maximus, and Tytus. She resides in Maine.
