The available lines for treatment of uterine factor infertility are, adoption, pregnancy in gestational surrogate, and uterine transplantation. Abdominal delivery at 34 weeks gestation resultingof a male fetus with APGAR score 7,9 and easy delivery of the placenta. Induction of Abdominal pregnancy is a new modality for treatment of absolute uterine factor infertility.
