The available lines for treatment of uterine factor infertility are, adoption, pregnancy in gestational surrogate, and uterine transplantation. We introduced for the first time a new modality for uterine factor infertility i.e. creating abdominal pregnancy. Patient with Mayer Rokitansky Kister Hauser syndrome subjected to neo vaginal operation, in-vitro fertilization and mini-laparotomy operation to transfer a single embryo on day 5 after creating a peritoneal pouch and injection of Bee venom 0.1ml. Pregnancy passed to 34 weeks gestation. A written consent was taken after explaining the procedure for the patient and her relatives. Abdominal delivery at 34 weeks gestation resultingof a male fetus with APGAR score 7,9 and easy delivery of the placenta. Induction of Abdominal pregnancy is a new modality for treatment of absolute uterine factor infertility.
