Born on March 19th,1963 [India]. He post graduated from Delhi University in 1985 and joined Indian Forest Service in the year 1986.He post graduated in Public Policy and Management from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.Since July'2005, he is serving as Joint Secretary [Relief and Rehabilitation] in Government of Maharashtra.
