What happens when feminist perspectives meet anti-austerity activism? This engaging book dives deep into activist culture to explore the motivations and emotions of political protest, and the role of gender within them. As austerity's disproportionately heavy impact on women becomes clear, it draws on both political context and lived experiences to explore what it means to be a feminist activist.
