YVONNE RANDLE, PH.D., is Executive Vice President and co-owner of Management Systems Consulting Corporation, which she joined in 1983. She has broad experience in helping leaders of business and non-profit enterprises (including Granite Construction, GOJO Industries, Head Start agencies throughout the US) build sustainably successful organizations®. Her expertise includes strategic planning, managing corporate culture, leadership development, designing organizational structure and performance management systems. She also serves as Lecturer at UCLA's Anderson School of Management in various Executive Education programs.
