Katiushca Florescano Gil is an inspiring example of resilience and self-improvement. Despite facing numerous challenges during her childhood and adolescence, including health issues, grief, socialization, and daily problem-solving, she persevered and overcame them. Her sensitivity and empathy led her to study emotions and overcoming life challenges. Her training allows her to analyze human behavior with an integral, scientific, practical, and loving vision. She holds master's degrees in education, cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy, systemic family therapy, thanatology, and anthropology from various institutions such as ITACA, UNAM, ENAH, COLMEX, and FAQ. With over 25 years of experience in the public sector, private sector projects, non-governmental organizations, civil associations, and indigenous solidarity societies, the psychotherapist and victimologist has gained extensive experience in providing support to refugees, survivors of sexual and violent crimes, family members, and terminally ill patients. In her private practice, she has helped hundreds of children, adolescents, and adults cope with grief processes. Katiushca is a certified life coach who helps individuals maximize their potential and manage their talents and resources.
