Michelle Hubert, LUTCF, CLF, is a principal with Korsgaden International (www.korsgaden.com), which helps leaders develop world-class cultures and consistent, predictable results at every level of their business.Previously, she was a regional vice president with Farm Bureau Financial Services, where she led a team of more than a dozen managers and trainers and almost 500 agents and sales associates. Michelle is also an independent certified coach, teacher, trainer, and speaker with the John Maxwell Team. She and her husband, Tim, live in Manhattan, Kansas.
