Upon visiting an old lighthouse on the island, they find something that is very strange and rather scary, what should they do? Lizzie goes sailing with Kay to an idyllic cove and even takes the helm of the sail boat and it's here that Kay spots something very interesting indeed! They also enjoy a fantastic shopping spree to Adelaide where Lizzie spends some special time with Kay. But their thoughts keep going back to the missing Koalas. Where are they? Can they save them before it's too late?

Kay Whiteley was born the youngest of four daughters. Her young life was marred by poor health which continued into adult life. Her education suffered and her working life was cut short at the age of thirty-two. However, she set about educating herself, doing various college courses which led her to a degree course with an open university. Kay is married to Graham and has one son, Stuart, and two grandchildren, Lizzie and Jack, who live in Melbourne, Australia. It was Lizzie who asked her to write this story.
