The book reflects development process, theories and practice modalities of local curriculum in developing countries like Nepal. This work focuses on how local authorities can design curriculum as their needs based on the available resources. However, it is great challenge to include diverse socio-cultural and linguistic characteristics of the society. Its a team effort of administrator, school management committee and teachers to get successfully completed designing and implementing curriculum. All the concerning authorities at the local level involved into the school system must read this research work.
