Jing Cui, Ph.D., is Assistant Professor at the School of Government in Central University of Finance and Economics, Beijing, P. R. China. She earned her Ph.D. degree in the Department of Political Science at the National University of Singapore. Her research interests focus on local government reform and public policy in China.
