Lew Freimark is a high school history teacher from New Jersey. Mr. Freimark led his 2014 performing arts team at Trenton Central High School to a 2014 silver medal for their performance of "Spare Change" at the International Youth for Human Rights Convention in Washington D.C. In his current book Locker Tales-Coffee Beans to Fitness Dreams he analyzes the evolution of the fitness movement in the world through caveman and medieval knights then on through the Renaissance and Enlightenment where the elixir of coffee was developed in trade and brought to the New World. In America, coffee has been an aid to our fighting men and in the conquest of the old West. The traditional office offee pot spawned sports talk and gossip in modern times. Mr. Freimark takes a close look at today's fitness programs and health clubs His analysis centers around the politiks of the clubhouse, government and sexuality.
