What was not clear, however, is the extent to which these services if made available will be taken advantage of by target students, Therefore The major purpose of this book is to provide a study that investigated the relationship that exists between locus of control and attitude toward seeking counseling help among secondary school students in Dodoma Municipality, The study used correlational design and both qualitative and quantitative paradigms. The results indicated that there is a significant but very weak negative correlation between locus of control and attitude toward seeking counseling help among secondary school students in Dodoma Municipality. Implications of the findings were critically examined and some policy recommendationswere made in the light of the conclusions reached. Recommendations for further studies were also made.
