Present work focuses on the comparative study of Locus of Control and Interpersonal Relationship in team and individual sports. On 120 subjects (i.e. 30 each sport) judo, gymnastics, football and handball players as independent variables were selected. Independent randomized research design was used for this study. The responses obtained through standardized questionnaire to measure all the two groups locus of control and interpersonal relationship were collected. To find out differences between the groups required statistical technique was applied.
