Terry Thompson-Anderson is a professional chef, cookbook author, culinary instructor, and restaurant consultant. She has written five cookbooks, including Texas on the Plate, Cajun-Creole Cooking, Eating Southern Style, and The Texas Hill Country: A Food and Wine Lover's Paradise. She is a charter member of the International Association of Culinary Professions (IACP) and the Southern Foodways Alliance. She lives in Fredericksburg, Texas.
