He is planning on a career that includes a focus on social justice and human rights. Kathleen Macdonell has helped Jawid Danish with writing his first book. She had a career in education in the US before moving to Greece five years ago. In Athens, she continues her work in education by helping young refugees have access to school and university; she is the director of a scholarship program for refugees at the American College of Greece and works together with other NGOs to design programs to improve access to education. She is a human rights activist working for dignity and justice for the most vulnerable.
