Rezensionen
"The book is aimed at Conversation Analysis enthusiasts, although scholars working with English as a foreign or second language and with language in the workplace (specifically relating to pharmacy, psychoanalysis, theater, journalism, and cancer treatment) might find it useful as well." (Daniel De Augustinis, Language in Society, Vol. 48 (3), June, 2019)
