Autor

Michelle was born in Sacramento, California. She is the middle daughter, and third child out of six. She attended public school. She enjoyed and continues to enjoy learning. She loves family. She married young, at age 18. She worked diligently, beginning her family almost 4 years later. She became a single mom soon after her son was born. She met and married John two years later, and they have just celebrated their 36th wedding anniversary. They have 5 children and 13 grandchildren. They are active in their Christian Faith and serve their community through Carmichael HART (Homeless Assistance Resource Team). Blessed by God, she discovered how to recover from her health challenges. She has become a Certified Wholistic Health Coach with the Institute of Wholistic Health, and now teaches others what she has learned.
